Operations manager  

Every change and action taken in an organization must be monitored and analyzed ensuring that it works effectively towards the organisation’s mission and vision in a sustainable way. At QECI, this is Nasrin’s job. As operations manager, she closely works with the director to ensure QECI is running as smoothly and efficiently as possible. She participates in managing tasks, monitoring finances and developing work schedules and budget plans. Nasrin is trained as a nature school’s facilitator, so she also helps the institute in developing educational programs for youth groups.
