Our family in QECI expands day by day, and we are all proud of it. In addition to you, our kind and supportive audience, all our ambitious volunteers, and our generous advisers, today, we are pleased to welcome Ms. Haleh Ali Abedi, QECI’s new executive assistant and marine mammal researcher. 

There are enormous challenges female scientists face to build a career in marine biology, and we all know why. We at QECI, however, are always grateful to all women and girls who despite all the challenges work to safeguard stunning and irreplaceable marine biodiversity in our oceans. Welcome aboard Haleh!
